We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Processing time starts on the day you place your order and normally takes 1 to 5 business days. After processing, your order is shipped via postal service, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 5 business days. Total delivery time is processing time + delivery time, with a maximum of 10 business days.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays and by circumstances outside our control, such as customs clearance or incorrect address information. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking code to follow your package's delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
At Costara, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have the right to return your product within 14 days of receipt.
Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item received is damaged. In that case, we'll cover the costs and offer a suitable solution.
