Which countries do you ship to?

At this time, Chibona ships to the United Kingdom only.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery timeframes for all orders are outlined below:

  • Order cut-off time: 00:00 (CET). Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day, which may extend delivery by one additional day.
  • Order processing time: The time needed to prepare your order for dispatch. Processing typically takes 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Shipping transit time: After processing, your order is shipped with one of our trusted carriers. Transit usually takes 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Estimated total delivery time: This includes both processing and transit, with an overall delivery time of approximately 2–10 business days (Monday–Friday).

All delivery estimates are based on historical order data and are provided as a guideline only.

Which delivery partner do you use?

We ship orders using RoyalMail to ensure reliable delivery within the United Kingdom.

Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
  • If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@chibona.com.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you have not received a tracking number or experience issues with tracking, please contact us at support@chibona.com, and our support team will assist you.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please contact us at support@chibona.com and include your name and order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I return my order?

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days.
  • The 14-day return period begins on the day you receive your complete order.

How do I return an item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your complete order.

Item conditions:
If you wish to return an item, it must be in good condition, either new or lightly used, returned in its original packaging, and sent back within the 14-day return period.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Order cancellation or reorder
If you no longer wish to keep the item or have ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For incorrect or damaged items:
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

In what condition must returned items be?

Is there a restocking fee?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
